For students at Valley Christian Schools, the Quest for Excellence begins at the elementary campus where students pursue A3—Academic Achievement, Artistic Beauty, and Athletic Distinction. This A3 is integrated into all aspects of the elementary school, from classroom instruction to after-school enrichment. This comprehensive Christian education helps to match the "God given talent of students to extraordinary opportunities."
Specialized teaching is provided during the regular school day
in fields such as Art, Choral Music, Computer Science, Dance,
Hands-on Science, Science, Instrumental Music, Library, P.E. and Spanish.
The Elementary campus provides extended day care before and after
school for students attending Valley Christian Elementary.
Another key component of the elementary program is to maintain
a strong communications link with the parents. A dynamic method of staying in touch is through the monthly elementary
school newsletter, the Chimes. It is produced
to apprise parents of key calendar dates and events that are happening
