PTPF Responsibilities

1. The president shall preside at all regular meetings and all meetings of the executive committee and shall perform all other duties usually pertaining to the office.

2. The vice-president shall preside at all meetings in the absence of the president.

3. The secretary shall keep the minutes of all executive committee meetings and the regular monthly meeting.

4. The treasurer shall receive all monies of the fellowship, shall keep an accurate record of the receipts and expenditures and shall pay out funds only as authorized by the executive committee. The treasurer shall make a full report at each executive committee meeting of the fellowship and at other times when requested. Each treasurer shall maintain a separate bank account for his fellowship. A dual signature check shall be used requiring the signature of the treasurer and the school principal, or their designates.

5. The treasurer shall submit to the Valley Christian Schools business office a quarterly report of receipts and disbursements.

6. All officers and committee chairmen shall work cooperatively to fulfill the goals of the fellowship under the direction and leadership of the president.

7. The executive committee and the committee chairman, with the approval of the principal, shall determine duties and responsibilities of committees.

8. Committee chairmen are responsible directly to the president.
