Grab your spot, become a sponsor by registering, or sign up to volunteer for the 29th Annual VCS Golf Classic at the Silver Creek Valley Country Club! This is one of our longest-standing traditions and we have always been blessed to have alumni, parents, and friends join us.
Golf Classic Timeline

Player Check-In
Registration and check-in opens
(Golfers be sure to stop at the registration table to receive your “swag”)
- Purchase your mulligans and raffle tickets
- The driving range will be open for warm-up

Call to Carts
10:45am
Announcements, Acknowledgments, & Opening Prayer
In carts and head to your assigned starting hole
11:00am
Shotgun starts!
Lunch boxes will be on your cart.
4:30pm
Return to the Clubhouse & Turn in Scorecards
Turn your scorecard in at the Golf Shop
Bar will be open, and raffle items on display in Ballroom
5:00pm - 6:15pm
Reception, Awards, Raffle & Dinner
Come play in our 4-man best ball tournament. Sign-up now. This sold out quickly the last two years. All participants will receive:
- A round of golf, access to driving range, and cart
- Lunch
- Golf shirt with VC logo
- On-course beverages
- Door prizes
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes
- Longest ball, closest to the hole, putting contest, and straightest drive prizes
- Dinner with an award ceremony
- Women’s Flight this year should have 10-12 teams.
- High-end raffle prizes
Our tournament fee is $400 per player. Sponsorships, which include signage at the tee box and promotional banners on the Valley Christian Schools campuses are available.
All proceeds will benefit The Warrior Fund.
Valley Christian Schools is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit, tax ID 94-1495182. All gifts made to Valley Christian Schools are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Golf Classic Sponsorship Levels
Thank you for considering a sponsorship of the 2024 VCS Golf Classic. This annual event is always a highlight of the year for our community and alumni. The money raised is used to support the students, teachers, and programs through the WARRIOR FUND.
Below is the list of available sponsorships.
Hole Sponsor
$1,000 includes a sign (recognizing an individual or company) on a hole
Birdie Sponsor
$1,600 includes one foursome in the tournament
Eagle Sponsor
$2,500 includes tee signage, banner signage, and a foursome in the tournament
Hole-in-one Sponsor
$5,000 includes tee signage, banner signage, two foursomes, and extra guests at the post tournament dinner
Corporate Sponsor $10,000
Our corporate sponsor will have their name branded on all golf balls given out to participants and their name prominently displayed on all banners and tournament signage. Corporate sponsors receive two foursomes in the tournament.
Title Sponsor $20,000
Title Sponsor will have their corporate name branded on all apparel, banners and publication of golf classic advertisement. Title sponsorship also includes two foursomes and extra guests at the post tournament dinner.
