This news story was broadcast on January 19, 2011 on Channel-7 in the SF Bay area. The story featured an interview with ISS student team members Veronica Lane and Ross Martinez, both seniors at VCHS. VCS ISS Project featured on KPIX-TV & KCBS-Radio-740 in San Francisco

On January 27,CBS Image 2011 the Japanese HTV-II Transfer Vehicle, with VCS' experiment  aboard, docked with the ISS. KPIX-TV ran a nice story about the project with comments from VCS ISS  project students Dustin Laucella and Michael Lee, as well as our adult project leader, Mr. Dan Saldana. Join the Educational Space Race ---Upcoming 2011 CubeLab(TM)  Education Conference:

Valley Christian Schools is hosting an “ISS CubeLab Conference” in on August 1 & 2, 2011 for high school administrators, teachers and students who want to join the high school “space race.” The conference is sponsored in cooperation with Nanoracks-LLC, the Kentucky Space Foundation and Professor Bob Twiggs, Stanford University Professor Emeritus and Morehead State University Space Professor and the Quest Institute.
