Valley Christian Elementary is officially a National Blue Ribon School! The school celebrated last Friday as the weather cleared at just the right time for the entire school to come together outside. VCJH Maker Space provides a learning environment for students to gather and connect in community on real and personally meaningful projects. Students will work on projects of their own interest or participate in guided projects by mentors that teach the use of tools and immediately usable items.

Dancers perform for Breast Cancer Awareness month and take master classes at Santa Clara University
This week the elementary campus was visited by two cows! That's right, cows! The Mobile Diary Classroom brought Buttercup and her calf to see the students while explaining the connection between agriculture and food, specifically where milk comes from. The students were all smiles as they got to pet the cows and see them up close.
