At the Winter Guard International Championships in Dayton Ohio, the ensemble took first place in Scholastic A Division over 11 mid-west bands.

Valley Christian Junior High held their 21st Annual Jog-a-Thon! The students, teachers, and volunteer parents enjoyed an afternoon of fun and fellowship as they worked together to raise funds for the school.

The two-day, two-night trip was an opportunity for the arts students to learn to travel on their own, take care of themselves, collaborate with their peers, and enjoy the educational and fun experiences Disneyland has to offer.

On their 2017 Spring Tour of the West Coast, the choir performed at junior high and high school chapels and provided workshops and musical exchange with the VCS choirs.
