Course Selection Checklist

• Attend tonight’s Warrior Welcome

• Review the VCHS Course Catalog at learn.vcs.net/course

• Attend the Counselor Connect on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 5:00pm in the Conservatory Hall, which will provide detailed guidance regarding course selection.

• Look for an email Mid-March with reminders about Class Choice and selecting courses for high school.

• Eighth-grade students can sign up for a quick appointment with their assigned counselor to get questions answered during Warrior Time on March 12 and 19.

• Class Choice will be open for Course Selection from March 26 through April 2.

• Eighth-grade students have the opportunity to attend the High School Course Fair during HS Warrior Time on Thursday, March 26 (Humanities) and Monday, March 31 (STEM) to hear more about specific courses.

• The week Class Choice is open, the counseling team will offer virtual drop-in hours for questions:

  • Monday, March 30 and Wednesday, April 1 from 2:45-3:45pm

  • Tuesday, March 31 and Thursday, April 2 from 8:00-9:00am
