Transportation Coordinator & Human Resources Assistant (Full-Time)

Main Purpose of the Position:

Under the direction of the Director of Transportation, the Transportation Coordinator and Human Resource Assistant is responsible for coordinating efficient and effective school bus transportation needs of the school including but not limited to morning transportation shuttles, home to school routes, and school events; evaluating drivers; working with our bus transportation provider (First Student of America), monitoring bus mechanics and efficiency.   Will also assist in several Human Resource duties such as onboarding of new employees, verification of employments, maintaining current HR files and databases and various other projects.
