STEP TWO: Create a VCS Parent Portal Account

You applied with an Admissions Portal Account, but now that you’re part of the VCS family, you will need a permanent VCS Parent Portal Account. This will be the main account you use for enrolling, accessing important information, and setting your family preferences for all your VCS students.

If you’re new to VCS:
After you have “Pre-Enrolled” your student, you will setup a new VCS Parent Portal Account for your family. Be on the lookout for an email with your personalized login information and directions for creating your VCS Parent Portal account so you can finish enrollment.

If you have other students enrolled at VCS:
After you have “Pre-Enrolled” your new student, they will be added to your existing VCS Parent Portal account. Be on the lookout for an email letting you know your new student has been added to your existing VCS Parent Portal Account and is ready for you to finish their enrollment.

STEP THREE: Finish Enrollment

Using your VCS Parent Portal Account username and password, finish enrollment at: enroll.vcs.net

• Student medical information
• Medical history, medications, physician, and dentist/orthodontist information
• Medical insurance information - Insurance company name, policy number, student’s medical ID number
• Vehicle information - Make, model, year, color, license plate number
• Credit card or checking account information

STEP FOUR: Complete & Return New Student Information Form

Please take some time to complete the information requested on this form. This will give the school valuable parent input about your child as we begin our class placement procedure for the school year.

Return this form either in person or via email vces.admissions@vcs.net to Elementary Registrar, Michelle Furr at your earliest convenience.
