2025-26 International Tuition Information

Deposit Fee

The enrollment deposit fee for international students (grades 6th-12th) is $1,500 for the 2025-2026 school year.

The deposit fee is charged for each student every year and reserves a space for your child. The deposit fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

International Tuition Schedule

2025-2026 annual tuition is shown below.

The tuition charged by Valley Christian Schools may be paid in one of the following ways:

Prepaid in full by July 1, 2025
Half of the full amount paid on July 1, 2025 and the remaining half paid December 1, 2025

Additional Costs

The enrollment fee for international students (grades 6th-12th) is $1,500 for the 2025-2026 school year.
Students purchase their own textbooks each year.
Students also need to purchase an iPad, click here for information on the High School iPad Program.
International students are required to purchase health insurance while enrolled at VCS.

FACTS Tuition Management

Semi-annual payments must be set up with FACTS for Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) from your bank account on the July 1 and December 1 if not pre-paying tuition in full.

Please be aware that FACTS offers a “Peace of Mind” insurance policy for a very modest price of $22.50 per year. If the responsible party or his/her legal spouse dies, FACTS will pay the remaining balance up to $30,000 (except delinquent amounts) to avoid academic disruption for your student(s) due to the potential loss of educational funds. Peace of Mind insurance is only available to individuals under the age of 70 when the coverage begins. There have been several situations involving parent deaths in the past few years. We believe this insurance policy is valuable to families and highly recommend signing up for this benefit.

Miscellaneous Fees and Charges

Separate fees are charged for athletics (afterschool sports), certain electives, iPad App fees, e-textbooks, parking, scheduled busing, and other miscellaneous school activities (such as field trips). Such fees are in addition to those set forth in the schedule above. These fees are charged as incurred. Please be advised that students at the Skyway Campus also must purchase digital books, workbooks, and possibly other items as required by the course being taken.

Bus Service

Busing Services

We offer extensive bus service on selected routes in Santa Clara County at an additional charge. Busing sign-ups will be part of the online enrollment process available starting February 1, 2025 for returning students. New students may sign up for busing after they submit their enrollment deposit and complete the online enrollment process. The bus service fee is $600 each way per school year. $1,200 total for both pick up and drop off services.

Shuttle Services

Free shuttle service runs continuously in the morning and afternoon from the Capitol Station (Fehren Dr. and Monterey Hwy) located approximately ¾ of a mile north of the Skyway campus on Monterey Hwy. Free morning shuttle service is provided from the Blossom Hill Station (Ford Rd. and Monterey Hwy) located approximately two miles south of the Skyway campus on Monterey Hwy. Times for the Blossom Hill Station shuttle service can be found on the busing brochure pg. 2. We encourage families to take advantage of the shuttle as it serves to lessen the traffic on the Skyway campus and can easily save a parent an average of 20 minutes per day picking up or dropping off their child. Please note that security is provided at the Capitol Station continuously each school day from approximately 6:15am to 6:30pm.

HEALTH INSURANCE FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

We require all international students to have medical insurance while they are enrolled at VCS. This policy is in place to ensure that our students are protected and can access the medical care they need while studying in a foreign country.

The cost of medical treatment in the United States can be very high, and having medical insurance is essential to avoid potential financial burdens. By requiring international students to have medical insurance, we aim to provide them with the necessary coverage to meet their healthcare needs in the event of an illness or injury.

We understand that finding adequate health insurance can be challenging for international students, and we offer assistance in finding and selecting suitable coverage options. Our priority is to ensure that our international students feel safe and secure during their time at our school and that they have access to healthcare in the event of a medical emergency.
