The show begins at 9:00 am, and the gates will open to participants at 8:00 am.  Show vehicles must arrive between 8:00 am and 9:00 am to check in and park.  Late arrivals may be refused entry for the safety of spectators.  

Once your car is parked, please go directly to the registration table to check in and get your dash card for "Best In Show" voting.

All participants' cars will be led to the display area by show staff.  Please do not proceed without direction from a staff member.  For everyone's safety, please plan on leaving vehicles in place until the event concludes at 12:00 pm.

For the safety and comfort of your pets, show vehicles, participants and spectators, please leave your pets at home. Large crowds and noise make it a very stressful and dangerous environment for pets.

This show takes place on the beautiful VCS campus, a place where education, faith and community all play vital roles in the lives of our students.  All participants and spectators must behave respectfully and responsibly while on campus, and and in their journeys to and from the school.  There is a zero-tolerance policy for any activity disrespectful of the campus or the safety of its occupants.  Absolutely no exhibitions of speed, burn-outs, side show activity, or other dangerous or illegal activity will be tolerated.  Anyone in violation of this Code of Conduct will be immediately disqualified, asked to leave the campus, and barred from future events.  Please be respectful, mindful and gracious and help make this event a tradition that can last and grow in the years to come.

Participants accept and assume full responsibility for any injury or loss to themselves or family or property and agree to release, defend, and hold harmless from any and all liability; the Valley Christian Schools, Valley Christian Auto Show (VCAS), and their respective agents, servants, and employees, any other vendor, supplier, organizer, show volunteer, or authorized representative of the event. No refunds or credits once the registration transaction is complete. The VCAS requests that all registrants drive their vehicle(s) in a safe and orderly manner at the car show. The registered car's parking location is at the discretion of the VCAS parking attendees and show parking spaces cannot be reserved. This is a family-orientated and reputable event and maintaining safety is the VCAS’s focus, therefore any exhibition of speed, inappropriate behavior, or not following show rules will not be tolerated and deemed justifiable for the registrant's immediate removal from the show. The show will occur, rain or shine, unless otherwise noted. All registrations are subject to review and the VCAS reserves full rights to refuse registration to any entry deemed invalid, inappropriate, having a history of past year(s) misconduct, etc.
