Elementary Info:

Elementary Attire – Performance Casual (within campus dress code, plus shorts and skirts must be just above the knee)

Make sure your student arrives at the concert site by their call time. Plan your activities carefully so you will arrive at the time indicated. All string and band instruments and music will be delivered to the venue and returned to VCES by staff.

Junior High Info:

Junior High Attire – Performance Casual (within campus dress code; shorts and skirts must be just above the knee)

To help transport students with early call times, we are offering optional one-way charter bus rides for any JH or HS performer directly from school to the Mountain Winery. Four charter buses will load at 3:00 and depart at 3:15 from the Skyway campus. They should arrive at the Mountain Winery shortly after 4:00, offering plenty of time for students to arrive at the proper location for their call times.

All groups with an asterisk (*) have priority seating on the buses.
