DRESS CODE FOR THE GRADUATION CEREMONY

• Men should wear slacks, collared shirts, and ties with appropriate shoes. Sneakers and flip-flops will not be permitted. Men may not wear hats other than their graduation caps. Men are required to be clean shaven.
• Women should wear a dress or slacks/skirt and a blouse in the dress code.

GUEST INFORMATION

• We do not restrict the total number of guests that each Graduate may have, although we ask that families try to limit the number to no more than eight. We will notify you if the guest limit changes.
• Guest may arrive at 4pm to reserve seating. Guests arriving earlier than 4pm will be asked to wait outside until the "doors" open. Once seated, guests may only save a total of eight seats per Graduate. Seats cannot be saved after 5:30pm.
• Any artificial noisemakers, air horns, or excessively loud items are strictly prohibited before, during, and after the Graduation Ceremony.

PARKING INFORMATION

• Parking is limited on the Skyway Campus. We ask that families have only ONE car parked on the Skyway Campus. Parking is first-come, first-serve. We apologize for the inconvenience.

• Please do not park in the surrounding neighborhoods. A commitment was made to our neighbors during the initial development of the Skyway not to allow parking, drop-off, or pick-up in the areas surrounding the campus. This commitment is still in effect and needs to be honored.

Off-campus parking and shuttle service

• Shuttle service to the school will be available from two off-campus lots. Shuttle service runs every 20-30 minutes beginning at 3:30pm and return afterwards at 8pm. The shuttle buses are NOT handicap-accessible.
• Capitol Caltrain Station is located at 3400 Monterey Hwy., San Jose 95111 (379 spaces).
• Blossom Hill Caltrain Station is located at 5560 Monterey Hwy., San Jose 95138 (425 spaces)
• The Skyway Campus has the required number of disabled parking per CA state guidelines on campus. We will not provide any additional disabled parking. Vehicles must have a VALID DMV-issued disabled placard parking permit or license plate. Vehicles carrying disabled passengers are encouraged to drop passengers at the stadium before parking.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

• During the Graduation Ceremony, Seniors receive only the diploma cover. The actual diploma is available after the ceremony at the lunch line windows. Graduates may also pick up their diplomas from school the following week. Only the Graduate or the Graduate's Parents may pick up the diploma.
• Diplomas and final transcripts will not be issued until the students have cleared all academic, financial, and discipline holds.
• If a student has taken any dual credit courses over the past four years, a copy of the transcript needs to be ordered from each college and sent to the school the Graduate will be attending.
