Giving to Valley Christian Schools

Over the years, Valley Christian Schools has been blessed by hundreds of individuals and families who have come together to support our school’s philanthropic initiatives and provide the means to fund Quest for ExcellenceTM

Valley Christian Schools (VCS) exists to provide students with a safe and innovative learning environment paired with top-notch educators who genuinely care to develop the whole student. Through the generous support of parents, grandparents, alumni, trustees, faculty, staff, and friends, VCS fulfills its mission to equip students to become WARRIORS: tomorrow’s leaders, properly equipped to serve God and family while positively impacting their communities and the world.

Donations to the WARRIOR FUND ensure that VCS will continue to provide one-of-a-kind opportunities and resources for our students and programs. Each year, the WARRIOR FUND is essential to provide the substantial funds needed for financial aid, capital improvements, and faculty professional growth.

Valley Christian Schools is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. All gifts to the school are tax-deductible as allowable by law. For more information, please contact Director of Advancement, Christi Stockhaus,  or call 408.362.7649.

Why Give

Valley Christian Schools is an independent, Christian K-12 school that is not subsidized by any specific church, charity, or other religious organization. In order to maintain necessary autonomy, we do not receive any funding from the government. From our humble beginnings to the development of the Skyway Campus, Valley Christian Schools has relied on the generosity of donors to support our mission.

Valley Christian must acquire all funds for operations and capital improvements through tuition and fees, annual charitable contributions, and occasional capital campaigns. We follow the Independent School Financial Model where charitable giving supports enhancement efforts to student and teacher programs. At Valley Christian Schools, these annual improvements are funded by annual giving to the WARRIOR FUNDYour tax deductible donation makes a difference for every student at VCS.

Valley Christian Schools is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our Tax Identification Number is 94-1495182. The IRS allows individuals to make tax-deductible gifts to 501(c)(3) nonprofit schools like Valley Christian. Thus, families may take advantage of this opportunity to redirect potential tax dollars to help fund the Quest for Excellence at VCS.
