These gifts have provided so much for me and the children in my care over my time at Valley Christian Schools (VCS). For years, they supported the holiday experiences for my foster (later adopted) son, Elias. Last year, I welcomed another two-year-old boy to my home right before the holidays. While he successfully reunified with his mom the following summer (such a beautiful story of transformation, restoration, and redemption for another time), having the extra funds really helped make his transition to our home special. Now, two more souls have made my house their home, and while I don't know if they will be with me come Christmas, I know that if they are, any gifts given will help make their holidays special. So really, the gifts our VCS family have given over the years have made a big difference for some of the hurting and lonely children in our community. Thank you!
