Check-In, Purchase Raffle Tickets & Mulligans, Pick Up Swag Bag
When checking in, kindly let us know if you do not plan to stay for dinner. This will help us proceed with the program without delay.

Call to Carts

 

9:45am

Announcements, Acknowledgments, & Opening Prayer
Proceed in carts to your assigned starting hole

 

10:00am

Shotgun Start
Lunch boxes will be in your cart

 

3:30pm

Return to the Clubhouse & Turn in Scorecards at the Pro Shop
The bar will be open, and raffle items will be on display in the Ballroom

 

4:00pm - 5:15pm

Reception, Awards, Raffle, & Dinner

Golf Classic Involvement

Golf Classic Sponsorship Levels

 

Thank you for considering a sponsorship for VCS Golf Classic. This annual event is always a highlight of the year for our community and alumni. The money raised is used to support the students, teachers, and programs through the WARRIOR FUND.
Below is the list of available sponsorships.

 

Hole Sponsor $1,000

(Tabling Sponsor) Unable to Play but want to sponsor
Includes a sign (recognizing an individual or company) on a hole. 
This level allows a sponsor to have a table in the check-in area or on the golf course during the tournament for an opportunity to distribute marketing materials to golf participants.

 

Birdie Sponsor $1,600

Includes one foursome in the tournament

 

Eagle Sponsor $2,500 

Includes tee signage, banner signage, and a foursome in the tournament

 

Hole-In-One Sponsor $5,000 

Includes tee signage, banner signage, two foursomes, and extra guests at the post-tournament dinner

 

Corporate Sponsor $10,000

Our corporate sponsors will have their names branded on all golf balls given out to participants and their names prominently displayed on all banners and tournament signage. Corporate sponsors receive two foursomes in the tournament.

 

Title Sponsor $20,000

Title Sponsors will have their corporate name branded on all apparel, banners, and publication of golf classic advertisement. Title sponsorship also includes two foursomes and extra guests at the post-tournament dinner.

 

Valley Christian Schools is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit, tax ID 94-1495182. All gifts made to Valley Christian Schools are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law
