VCES held its annual End of Year Party and once again it was epic! The theme this year was the Olympics...
Last week the VCES 5th grade students experienced an actual helicopter landing!
K-12 students will participate in concerts, art show, and fun for family activities, including food trucks! See schedule here.
Art Show for high school and junior high starts after school, with Conservatory diplomas awarded at 5:30pm in the hall. Music Showcase starts at 7pm, with Conservatory diplomas awarded at the beginning of the event. Free admission.

Professional judges from the university community chose five top musicians.
Students visit the new Museum of the Bible, the Smithsonians, and then head HOME!

Students visit WWII Memorial, White House, National Cathedral, Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial, Ford's Theater, and more
Students travel to Gettysburg National Military Park!
Students tour the Capitol Building and see the Supreme Court and monuments in Washington D.C.
Students visited Mount Vernon (the home of President George Washington) and Arlington Cemetery.
Day 2 - Colonial Williamsburg, Monticello, and travel to Washington DC.
Eighth Grade Students Head to the East Coast!
Semi-final sessions are at 4pm, 5pm, 6:30pm, and 7:30pm in the Conservatory Hall. Admission is free.
Jazz Ensemble, Vocal Jazz Ensemble, and Jazz Lab Band will compete at the University of Nevada, Reno campus, along with more than 350 other school groups.
Free admission to the 2018 High School Spring Winds Concert at 7pm in the Conservatory Hall.
45 high school and 3 junior high students performed their show, "Chrome X," taking the top award in their division in both preliminaries and finals competition.
