The classic French musical is a concert collaboration of the high school choir, orchestra and theatre departments.

"The Marriage of Figaro" at the California Theatre also featured VCHS Musical Theatre teacher and voice coach Lindsay Roush in the chorus. She also performed a featured duet piece.
As a Western Band Association Class 4A band, the VCHS students came in 8th place out of 20 bands in their class, and only .3 of a point from making the large band 4A/5A finals competition.
This was a new experience for the students, actually leading worship at San Jose Christian Reformed Church, versus performing for the student body in chapel

Sons of Serendip, finalists from Season Nine of America's Got Talent, wowed the junior high with a concert featuring beautiful music through the use of a harp, piano, cello, and voice.
In a cultural and music exchange, VCHS musicians performed at schools and Conservatories in China during a two-week tour in July.

Students who are new to the Conservatory Program this year should attend this information meeting in the Conservatory Hall. Parents invited too! Pick up your information folder by 6pm and enjoy the ice cream social. Returning students - pick up your folder and ice cream at 6:45pm. The concert for everyone starts at 7pm.
at the CMT Top Honors Awards held on June 1 at the Center for Performing Arts. "Shrek-The Musical" won Fan Favorite Performance.
