To contribute, please fill out the Auction Donation Form and send to the VCS Advancement office at questball@vcs.net. Please be sure to include a specific description and photographs, any expiration or blackout dates, and completely fill out the form.

Each fall we reach out to you and ask for help for our annual fundraising event, the Quest Ball. Many of you have helped by volunteering your time and donating items for our auction.
We are hoping that we can count on you. We are looking for great items for the silent and live auctions.
Top-selling Auction Items Include
- Offer a stay in a vacation home (e.g. beach, ski, golf, adventure, international - all are awesome!)
- Donate sports, concert, and event tickets
- Share a tour or experience related to your area of expertise, profession, or hobby
- Organize a unique experience like a scavenger hunt, cooking/dining with a chef, or behind-the-scenes tour
- Access to private golf courses, planes, and workspaces
- Contribute wine, top-shelf liquor, restaurant gift certificates, or popular products
- Airline miles to round out a getaway package
- Host a Party or Experience. Get creative and have fun. We can auction your event as a single purchase or auction individual tickets.
All In-Kind Donations are tax deductible. Items donated with a retail value over $1000 are eligible for sponsorship-level ad space in our Quest Ball program.
