Quest Ball FAQ’s

The Quest Ball is from 5:00 - 10:30pm. Dinner is planned to start at 6:00pm. Please join us for a fun-filled after party from 8:00pm-10:30pm

The Quest Ball is our annual VCS community celebration and fundraiser benefiting our Warrior Fund and Financial Assistance

• All net proceeds support the VCS Warrior Fund, and specifically our financial assistance program. 
• The Quest Ball is attended by current and former VCS parents, grandparents, faculty, staff, alumni, community friends, and their guests. It is an all-school (adults only) community-building event. 
• The event includes dinner, wine, a Live and Silent Auction, an after-party with a DJ, programs to showcase our incredible students, and much more!
• The Quest Ball is hosted by the VCS Warrior Club Staff and Volunteer Team in collaboration with the entire VCS community.
• Each year, all guests are asked to “Stand Up for Valley’s Kids” together with a specific donation to our Warrior Fund. 
• This year’s event is on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at the beautiful Hayes Mansion.

We love your children! However, the Quest Ball is a 21+ event. 

• You can purchase individual or couples tickets, or sponsor an entire table. Tickets are available on our VCS OneCause website. 
• Tickets are available February 3 - March 24. Ticket sales end on March 24, so secure your tickets early!
• The cost to attend is $250 per ticket and includes all you need for a fun evening at a beautiful winery, including dinner, parking, live entertainment, and a wonderful time with our VCS community. In addition to individual tickets, you can purchase couples packages and full tables. 

• This year’s Quest Ball, California Dreaming, will kick off at 5:00pm with wine, community, and unique VCS experiences. Enjoy the beautiful ambiance and experience the incredible talent of our VCS students as the sun sets. We will enjoy great food, great company, dinner, and a live auction. 
• Silent Auction - Bidding on the Silent Auction is accessed through the VCS OneCause website. There is a huge variety of items and price points - something for everyone, so be sure to take time to review the catalog. Some items will be featured at the live event, most will be primarily featured on-line. 
• Live Auction - Our live auction includes our most exciting and exclusive auction items. We also have fun games! You can purchase Auction Game entries ahead of the event on our VCS OneCause website.

The 2025 Quest Ball will be outdoors at the beautiful Hayes Mansion. The suggested dress for the event is Cocktail attire. This is an outdoor event - please dress comfortably for the weather, bring layers to enjoy the lovely vineyard dinner on the lawn before and after sunset when it gets cooler. In case of rain, the event will be moved inside the ballroom.

Our tables are generally organized by VCS affiliation as selected in your ticket purchase. Our volunteer team helps organize these table groups. If you have a table request, be sure to buy your tickets early and fill in the seating request field when purchasing your ticket; we do our best to accommodate all requests. You can also purchase a full table at a variety of levels. Each table seats 10 guests.
