Once a year, our staff comes together for a day of spiritual refreshment, restoration, and community. For 2023, we are excited to head back to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. This year we will build on our theme from Keynote, “My peace I leave with you.”

Grayson Kessenich is a worship pastor, singer/songwriter based in Northern California. He has written and recorded music for worship leaders like Shane and Shane. His music has been featured on shows such as One Tree Hill and the Lying Game. Grayson is currently recording his fourth studio release. He is a worship pastor at Crossroads Church in Northern California where he lives with his wife Alex and his 4 kids. You can check out his music on Spotify.

Jay Kim serves as the Lead Pastor of Westgate Church. He is the author of Analog Church, Analog Christian, 40 Days through the Book: Colossians and contributing writer to Christianity Today, The Gospel Coalition, Missio Alliance, Outreach, Relevant Magazine and other publications. Jay lives in the Bay Area with his wife Jenny and 2 kids.
